Terms of Service

These terms apply to chanduelectronics.shop and to every order placed with Chandu Electronics.

1. Who we are

Chandu Electronics is an online retailer selling car electronics and in-car accessories. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. Business & order fulfilment address: Shop No. 5, Devidarshan Society, Ghantali Devi Rd, near Ghantali Mandir, Naupada, Thane, Maharashtra 400602, India.

2. Product information

Product pages describe material, dimensions, capacity and power rating from the information available to us. Fabric shade and stitching vary slightly between production batches, and screen colour is not exact. Where a page describes a fitting type — recessed cup holder, headrest post, windshield — that is the fitting the item is designed for.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline an order that is out of stock, obviously mispriced, or bound for a PIN code our couriers do not serve, and we refund it in full.

4. Prices, payment and tax

Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change without affecting orders already confirmed. Payment is by UPI or Cash on Delivery. Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed. The business is not registered for GST; GST registration is not applicable to the business at this time, GST is not charged separately on orders, and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN.

5. Delivery, returns and cancellation

Governed by the Shipping, Return & Refund and Cancellation policies, which form part of these terms. Delivery windows are estimates.

6. Safe use

Rechargeable items must be charged with the supplied cable and not left charging unattended in a parked vehicle. Do not fit any item where it obstructs the view from the driving position, an airbag or a control. Fitment notes on a product page describe the fitting type, not a guarantee that an item suits a particular vehicle model.

7. Using this site

Please do not copy our photographs or page text for another store, interfere with the site, or place fraudulent orders.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. We provide no additional warranty through our store.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
