Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before dispatch.

Before dispatch

• Email [email protected] or call +91 93226 59109 with your Order ID.
• No cancellation fee and no restocking charge.
• We handle orders within 1–2 business days, so the earlier you write, the more likely we can stop the parcel.

After dispatch

Once the courier has collected the parcel it cannot be recalled. You can refuse the delivery, or accept it and return it under the Return & Refund Policy.

Refund for a cancelled order

A prepaid order cancelled before dispatch is refunded in full to the original UPI ID or bank account within 5–7 business days. A Cash on Delivery order simply closes with nothing to refund.

If we cancel an order

Occasionally an item is out of stock or damaged in storage after an order is placed. We contact you first, offer an alternative, and refund in full if you prefer not to wait. We do not substitute a different item without asking.
